This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the shipment and delivery of products purchased from halleyball.com (the “Website”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below.
1. Shipping Availability
HalleyBall currently ships to all member states of the European Union and Norway. We do not offer international shipping outside of these regions at this time. Orders placed with delivery addresses outside these countries will be canceled and refunded.
2. Order Processing & Dispatch
All orders are processed after full payment has been confirmed. To ensure you get playing as soon as possible, we dispatch all orders on the next business day. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. During periods of high demand, we will make reasonable efforts to inform customers of any significant delays.
3. Shipping Methods & Tracking
We partner with reliable courier and postal services to ensure delivery.
Tracking Policy: We follow the established local tracking practices of the shipping provider in the destination country.
If the carrier in your country provides tracking information for your shipment, it will be automatically provided via email once the order has been dispatched.
It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the tracking information (where applicable) and ensure availability for delivery.
4. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times typically range between 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. HalleyBall is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including courier disruptions, severe weather, or transportation issues.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery location. We reserve the right to modify shipping rates at any time, but any changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at the time of purchase. HalleyBall is not responsible for failed deliveries or additional charges resulting from incorrect address information. If a package is returned to us due to incorrect details, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect, we reserve the right to charge additional shipping fees for reshipment.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or has not arrived within 10 business days, please contact us at info at halleyball dot com as soon as possible.
Claims for damaged items require photographic evidence of the packaging and the product.
We will work with the carrier to investigate and determine an appropriate resolution.
8. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon delivery of the order to the shipping carrier, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
