You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. We want you to try the HalleyBall for yourself, so we accept returns whether the product is opened or unopened.

3. Return Shipping Costs

As we are a small brand dedicated to keeping our prices fair for everyone, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a reliable local postal service.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Please note that original shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event that your HalleyBall arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info at halleyball dot com with photographic evidence. In these cases, we will cover the costs to make it right.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different version or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order on our website.
