3. Orders and Pricing All prices displayed on the Website include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to correct any obvious pricing errors or to cancel orders due to stock availability issues (in which case a full refund will be issued). All orders are subject to acceptance by us.

4. Payment and Shipping

  • Payments: Payments are securely processed through Revolut Business (supporting Apple Pay, Google Pay, and major Credit/Debit Cards).

  • Shipping: We dispatch orders on the next business day. We ship to all EU member states and Norway.

  • Tracking & Delivery: We follow the standard tracking practices of the local shipping provider in the destination country. Estimated delivery times (typically 3-7 business days) are not guaranteed. The risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the product to the shipping carrier.

5. Right of Withdrawal (Returns) You have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • As part of our customer-friendly policy, we accept returns even if the product has been opened and tried.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Assumption of Risk & Limitation of Liability HalleyBall is a sports and outdoor activity product. By purchasing and using this product, you acknowledge that physical activity involves inherent risks of injury. You agree that you are voluntarily using the product and assume all risks associated with its use. UAB Servely shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of the product.

7. Mandatory Safety Warning WARNING: Strangulation hazard. Not suitable for children under 3 years of age due to the long tail. For children up to 8 years old, the product must only be used under strict adult supervision. Always play in open, safe spaces.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lithuania. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Lithuania, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your EU country of residence grant you the right to bring a claim in your local jurisdiction.
